4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

How you opt in. SMS consent is collected only when you voluntarily provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on the Insight Session application form at release-and-rise.com/apply. Consent is never pre-checked, never purchased from a third party, and is never transferred to anyone else.

Program name and message types. The program is operated by Release and Rise, operated by Julie Lazarine Hypnosis. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up information, and occasional promotional updates.

Sample message. "Release and Rise: Hi Jane, this is Julie confirming your Insight Session on Tue at 2:00pm CT. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the support details below.
  • Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • This program is available to individuals 18 years of age or older in the United States.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may only be shared with subcontractors providing support for the messaging program, such as our messaging and hosting providers, and those parties are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
