These Terms & Conditions are maintained by Release and Rise (Julie Lazarine) to explain the rules, expectations, and policies for using this website and booking services. Please read them carefully before submitting an application or making a purchase.

1. Age Requirement

These services and this website are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using this website, submitting an application, or opting in to receive SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an application, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit personal information.

3. Services Description

Release and Rise offers subconscious transformation coaching, including but not limited to Insight Sessions and a 2-month coaching program. Coaching is conducted online and is based in Austin, TX unless otherwise noted.

The Insight Session is a one-time session currently priced at $150. If we both agree it is a fit, you may continue into a 2-month program at $800. Pricing and structure are subject to change and will be confirmed before any payment is collected.

4. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

The coaching services offered are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or licensed therapeutic care. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

5. Application and Acceptance

Submitting an Insight Session application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed personally, and you will be notified within 24–48 hours with next steps or a respectful decline if the fit is not right.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment is due before the session or program begins unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. Refunds are not guaranteed; any refund request will be considered on a case-by-case basis and communicated clearly before payment is finalized.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions missed without notice or canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited at the coach's discretion.

8. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Release and Rise, operated by Julie Lazarine Hypnosis.

Opt-in. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on the application form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Release and Rise. Consent is collected only through that form, is never pre-checked, and is never obtained from third parties. The program is available to U.S. mobile subscribers 18 years of age or older.

Message types. Replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up information, and occasional promotional updates.

Sample message: "Release and Rise: Hi Jane, this is Julie confirming your Insight Session on Tue at 2:00pm CT. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time; you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers may change without notice; wireless carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Our handling of the information you provide, including cookies, retention, and your access and deletion rights, is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, downloadable guides, and course materials, is the property of Release and Rise and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there. Please see the Privacy Policy link in the footer.

11. Limitation of Liability

Release and Rise and Julie Lazarine are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in coaching services. Your results depend on your personal commitment, circumstances, and participation.
